Schedules & Locations
Depending on the number of employees, workplace massages are conducted anywhere from several sessions per week to monthly visits. Whether chair massages or oil massages using a massage table are offered depends on the employees’ needs and the available space.
If shorter massages of 10–15 minutes are to be performed, chair massage is often the preferred choice. If more time per massage and a separate room are available, the choice usually falls on a classic back/neck massage using a massage table. For oil massages, the turnaround time between massages is just under ten minutes. For chair massages, we schedule five minutes between each massage.
Massage Tables & Linens
We generally bring a massage table or a massage chair. If there is space to store a portable massage table at your company, we are happy to provide one. This allows our massage therapists to travel by public transportation.
Employees should ideally bring their own bath towel to cover themselves during their massage. Many employees appreciate this for hygienic reasons, and it’s good for the environment, too.
Consulting
We provide personalized consultation from your initial inquiry through to the massage and remain available to answer questions regarding workplace wellness even after massages have been successfully integrated into your workplace. Our massage therapists have extensive therapeutic training and several years of professional experience.
